The sequel to "Unnatural" this book is about Sabrina's life after another death. Sabrina is still writing to Jennah, her dead older sister, and Sabrina has a lot to write about. Her mother's so-called "friend from work" is suddenly her new boyfriend and Sabrina and her younger sister, Baylee, meet Marc, the man who stole their mother's heart. Baylee, a quiet and detached sister, is now withdrawn and almost as depressed as her father was. On top of that, Kyle is devoting himself to Sabrina's well-being...at least at first... and schoolwork is suddenly taking a turn for the worse. In this poetic-verse sequel, Sabrina must revive not only herself, but her family in order to keep everyone happy and more importantly: alive.

The story is a little boring at first, but it gets SO much better so if you find it boring just stick with it, it gets better :) Also finished the third wave of editing, so it should be done.

At the age of seventeen, she now goes by Rae and her only worries are trying to please her parents while also trying to live life the way she wants, forget these recurring nightmares, and survive life at her new school. At her new school, The Academy for the Gifted, Rae is faced with a few challenges by trying to survive high school like any other normal teenager with her two best friends. But in this new school with these new kids and friends, her past is starting to come back and because of it, she has to deal with new problems while also trying to figure out who she really is and the truth behind those fractured memories. -------------------------------------------------------- There is some swearing in this book so you have been warned. Can be read as a stand-alone with some slight cliff hangers that connect it to the second book which takes place two months after this book. There will be the same and new characters but will have new problems that will play out between the second and third books.

This is a Nick Armstrong fanfic because I absolutely love him! He definitely deserved more screen time. He was by far my favorite character and I cried when he died both times. It was so sad. I wish this show would of came out with a second season. Violet is a very sweet and kind person, but she also has a bad attitude. Being shocked of the discovery of the coven of witches she wants to find out more, so she gets close with them and of course they welcome her with open arms. Her mother never told her that witches were meant to have a circle. Violet was alone. She got her magic from her mother. Her father never really spoke of the subject. Nick Armstrong was among one of her new witchy friends. He was the teenage boy who "dated" almost all the girls at his school. He never cared for a relationship. He was rude and disrespectful.
