"Because I'm A Long Way From Home " is a tragic story of a young boy growing up in a neighborhood where he doesn't belongs. Through out his pass, life was nothing but a joke to him. He made friends with unusual people so he would understand life from different point of view, and hope that one day he'll understand the purpose of living life. Although things didn't go as he plan, he always hoping for the best. Death has made such a big impact on his life, that he asked himself where is my home ?

It was like everything came crashing down at one moment. The only person I had left after that was my best friend... We slowly grew apart as he didn't know what went on behind the doors of my house. Years passed, as the day still made my life worse. Not having the money to move I was still stuck in the same house... By the same river. Soon anouther murrder happened, the same way as... My mother's. Suspicions spread though the small town. A twenty minute ride to there. I would live in town to if I had the money. That day when the decective came to the door; it was just fate. As I didn't know it then... But, he would save me. It... Was just something about the way he looked at me; that made my heart go a mile a minute.
