The time line on this one doesn't actually fall anywhere on the Arrow-verve time line right so, it is somewhere around season 2. Sara, Roy, Thea, Oliver, Dig, Detetve Lance are all close friends with her and are all in Starting. So if you just want to sit back and enjoy some happy story, then this is the place.
