Once Upon A Coma is a Romance, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, that follows Teenager Danny as he is in a Coma induced by a horrible accident. The concept of Coma here is that one is stuck in between two worlds that would be the world of the living "Reality" and the world of the dead "The after world." In other words, he is stuck between death and reality. Here he meets his Childhood friend and long time crush Lilly. The catch is Danny doesn't recall the accident and doesn't know he is in a coma. This gives Lilly the opportunity to trick him and convince him that he is in reality and tries to get him to stay there with her forever. Danny however recalls Lilly's death that happened a year ago and questions her until he finds out the truth. Follow this journey of Love, Loss, heartbreak and crazy plot twists.
