By no means am I an expert, just someone who's suffered from depression for 10+ years. These are the ways that I've found that help me cope, so I really hope that this will help at least one person going through the same thing. 
Because this will discuss several topics such as self-harm, there is a mature warning. These things can be very triggering, so please read whatever warnings there are or little gut feelings you may have about the topics presented.
