Booyah! This odd Octoling seems to have just come from the Deepsea Metro, and is having a bit of trouble settling into the bustle of Inkopolis, he seems to shy away from everything even though he's quite curious.
Agent 3 to the rescue! He's always more than happy to help a friend in need! Agent 3 and Agent 8 seem to get along well, in fact, Agent 8 seems to look up to 3's bravery and... well... maybe he has a bit of a crush?!
