At first, the story might be a bit boring and badly explained but I promise it gets better! I'm not English so my grammar might be ehh but I do my best. ☺️

Thank you for reading and enjoy Rea and Alec's story! ❤️

Alexa and Alesa Romano, identical twins, faced a tumultuous childhood. After their parents' divorce, their mother took the twins, leaving the seven brothers with their father. Alexa thrived in an elite private school, surrounded by luxury and opportunity. She became extroverted, befriending everyone easily and fearlessly speaking her mind. Alesa stayed with their mother and stepfather, enduring unimaginable horrors. She became introverted, struggling to make friends and finding solace in following rules. Their lives diverged, but fate reunited them. After their mother and stepfather's tragic deaths, the twins moved in with their unknown brothers. Alexa's bold personality clashed with Alesa's timid nature. They were complete opposites. Alexa, the free spirit: - Fearless and outgoing - Ignores rules and conventions - Kind-hearted, despite occasional rudeness - Everyone's best friend Alesa, the gentle soul: - Introverted and reserved - Struggles to make friends - Frightened easily - Unconditional love for others As they navigated their new life, challenges arose: How would Alexa adapt to her brothers' protective nature? Would Alesa find courage to overcome her traumatic past? Could the twins reconcile their differences? Would their brothers accept Alesa's fragile state? As the Romanos merged their lives, love and support surrounded them. But would it be enough? ---- Please vote and comment on the story! I hope you enjoy the journey of the Romano family. book 1 of the windows of the soul duology ✿ ✿ ✿ lucent: softly bright or radiant ✿ ✿ ✿ My brother's hand traces the cut on my right cheek for some minutes. I have no idea how a cut can be so interesting, but I won't judge a book by its cover. He unexpectedly moves and places a heartwarming kiss on my crown, brushing through the strands of my hair. But what startles me the most, is when he speaks, "Duerme bien, mi niña bonita." And just as I wasn't able to sleep hours ago because of my stupid fear, I let myself fall into a dreamless sleep as his soothing voice travels through my ears. ✿ ✿ ✿ Layla Rivera. A young naive fourteen-year-old who's just lost her childhood best friend and guardian. She's anxious and timid when meeting other people, so she usually cowers and distracts herself, immerse between the pages of books. When she is thrown into the lion's den - or also named as her older brothers' house - she's left fearful and intimidated by the six foot three males who she never had a clue about. Trying to make sense of what her new life will bring while being unaware of the dangers her new home beholds, she tries to make her way into her new family, but it doesn't seem as easy as she expected, or is it? ©️juststarsandbooks All written works on this account belong to Juststarsandbooks.
