Stumbling across the Hometown for the first time, Dhaman Vict can feel that it's wrong somehow. He decides that it would be best for scientific documentation of the oddities he's witnessed if he moved into the Hometown to live among the unusual characters found there and the unrealistically biblical magnitude of its history; and what is to come. Investigating the Hometown made Mr. Vict aware of the abnormal nature of the town, and he felt it was his duty to the scientific community to document it further. Moving in to the Hometown, Mr. Vict chose a house on Diction St., and got a job at the local library shelving books 6 hours a day on weekdays. To complete his citizenship, Dhaman Vict had to choose a name. He chose the name "Dhaman Vict," and promptly forgot his original name. This only further enticed Mr. Vict to understand the nature of the town, and chose the mayor of his former mother town of Populace to send his findings. Normalcy is no longer an element.
