Theodore Hayes is the youngest person ever to be given a job at the FBI. He had to work hard to get where he is - constant studying and physical training was his life from the time he realized his dream on the last day of fifth grade. After he got his Master's degree in international security, he knew he was ready to join the organization that keeps America safe from foreign threats. He joined with a thirst for travel, danger, and putting an end to the crime that threatens to tear the nation apart. Little did he know he would be stuck in a cubicle monitoring every single thing uttered, texted, and seen by the oddly attractive high school senior Cordelia Whitacre.
Cordelia Whitacre works hard. She's in the top ten percent of her class, the second best jazz saxophonist in the state, and picks up extra shifts at the coffee shop to save for college. She also is a high school girl whose life has become essentially intertwined with that of her phone.
