Bovise Asherman. That's me. The last name I inherited from my tyrant grandfather who's actions got many killed. Which is another reason lots of people feel abomination towards me. Dertus is a "city" ushered by oblivion. Where no resident is allowed to protest or criticize higher power. Although we are all ruled by the government, which is determined to rein with prejudice, we are not weak. There is a war to come. All caused by the disobedient and rebellious residents of the country that followed from many years ago. It may seem like were alone, but we're not. We are in a fight for justice, to escape from this prison of a country. Tragedies take their place, it may seem like in everyplace. Allies, betray or be betrayed. Together we shall rise, and we shall rein from our ashes.

They don't about the ghost of a girl peaking around corners for her entire life because even home wasn't safe. They don't know about the fighter of steel and iron sucking on his bloody lip courtesy of the wars he battles in as nothing but a shadow. Two people came in and killed the scientists but spared the children. While making an attempt to escape, I was caught by the remaining scientists and taken away. The screams of my friend echoing behind me as I tried to escape... Such a waste as I became strong and have long forgotten those memories. But side effects came with the experiments they played with. Such results, as you may know, include the following: -increased intellect -increase in motor skills/capabilities -drop in anxiety, depression, mood swings...etc. etc. -regulated impulse control to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you -regulated mood to ensure the safety of yourself and those around you * Note that Face technology, while it does improve mental and emotional stability, will not and cannot help or fix physical disabilities, nor can it fix serious mental disabilities. The Darkness in the Light

One day, that person is her little brother, snatched right in front of her from their arms of their father and gone forever. When a person is snatched, they never return, and life goes on without them. But she can't accept that. Breaking all the rules, all the things she's ever known, she braves the world outside her little townhouse and goes on a mission into the darkness to find her brother. Only, it's soon her that becomes the one lost to the drains. To survive she must rediscover her world, and in the process, rediscover herself. She will be reunited with old friends, gain new ones, find out deeper secrets about her past than she ever could have imagined, and learn that the world is even more corrupt than she always thought. *** This story contains sexist ideology, mention of cheating, some gruesome scenes, and a whole lot of monsters and darkness.
