Jessica Strugfield is a teenager in high school. She doesn't typically do anything outside of school unless her friends force her out of the house. Typically Jessica spends her days writing her blog, "Romance is Lost", where she writes about the unrealistic probabilities that romance novels, movies, shows and other things contain. People send her recommendations in the hope to prove her wrong. It hasn't happened yet.
As she's denying love to others, she's blind to the fact that someone at her school is falling for her and is about to make her life turn into one of the love stories she despises.
When she figures out what's happening will she fall for him or will she do everything she can to stop this from continuing?
