Follow the adventures of the finest Dragon rescuer in all the archipelago, Cadman Nob! Born into a dragon hunting tribe of fierce Vikings and cousin of Eret, Cadman was different from everyone else because he felt sorry for the dragons they trapped and sold. He found an orphaned baby Thunderdrum and tried to raise it but was caught and given the harsh ultimatum: be one of them and get rid of the dragon, or leave the tribe. Cadman sailed away and he and the Thunderdrum, who he named Thundermaw, discovered Valka's Dragon Sanctuary, learned the ways of rescuing dragons, and discovered their true calling. This is the story about how he defied the odds, disregarded the danger, and became a true friend and father to dragons.

He starts by sending out a group of scouts lead by his daughter Brenna, and in that group is a girl named Alice Flarson. On their journey to Berk, they are attacked by one of the rarest and feared dragons in the world: the Flightmare. A dragon that glows as bright as the sun and is capable of freezing its enemies in fear. The dragon is struck down, but Alice finds it injured on the small island where the group temporarily set up camp. She frees the dragon and flees back to her camp, but as time goes on she finds herself going back to find the dragon and even befriending it. During all of this she discovers a side to dragons that no one from her tribe ever saw, and she makes it her job to warn the chief of Berk before Alryne can take the king of dragons and put the entire dragon kind at jeopardy. Y/N haddock had once lived in berk and her father was stoick the vast, chief of berk. They had once gotten lost trying to find a dragon to kill too make there father proud but it backfired. They were lost in the woods for days upon days and miraculously had discovered a night fury, one of dad's greatest fears and very endangered but Y/N just couldn't kill it. Upon finding it Y/N tried to go back to berk to tell everyone about it but couldn't as they were scooped up by the night fury and brought to a beautiful island with abundant food and water supply. Overtime they had became friends and As berk was mourning Y/N was training a dragon, crazy if you think about it. Y/N overtime met new dragons and studied them for days upon days and slowly knew how to train all dragons of any class.
