Skylar Collins used to live a happy life with her parents and baby sister. The mayor said that her parents died a tragic death. Could she believe the mayor? She did not know. Now Skylar in charge of their lives. It couldn't get any worse.  
Or could it? 
Not long after her parents died the government died too. They had a new sudden desire for everyone to equal; everyone learned the same things, dressed the same way, participated in all the same activities. The first amendment was broken.
Now, all most every know animal back in the 2000's are extinct. Dragons now feast upon the damaged society, burning houses, sleeping in parks, and eating the citizens. No one can stop them. 
Skylar knows she has to help herself and her sister escape this horrid city. Escaping is the easy part but what comes next?
