This is a story about an ordinary teenager waiting for something extraordinary to happen to her. When she least expects it, something does. She tries to live the adventures and daydreams she's had with a new-found friend but struggles to keep her old friends happy about her decisions. Dealing with loss and mental illness she goes through a not quite so normal path of self discovery that will change her perspective of things...but she's not sure if it's for the better, and the decisions aren't easy.
