Robyn Lockwood had many reasons to have a locked heart. Her own birth parents left her at the Lockwood doorstep. They took her in out of pity, not love. She grew up unloved by her parents who only loved her brother, Tyler. The only person who stood by her as her friends left her was her brother. She was sent to boarding school because "it would be good for her." Bullshit. She knew they didn't want her around and that hurt.
Back after two years, she enters to a town of supernaturals, vampires roaming. She never wanted to be involved on purpose, she was just dragged into it.
You'd never think that one incredibly dangerous manipulative man could have the key to her locked heart.
