People who commit suicide are talked about, their stories are sought after. What is rarely mentioned is the hurt and recovery process of the people left behind. Thalia is one of those people; the girl left behind, the girl left to struggle with her own feelings of guilt and pain. As she keeps trying to move forward with her life, she realizes that she has to come to terms with the past, and that she can't do that alone.
