As the cries of two newborn babies filled the night, it was also destined that a ritual be set in place. The combination of bloodlines that will form not only one supernatural being but two that shall run the land with knowledge of a thousand years, more powerful than the original witch, and immortal for all time with the power to take away or add time to all life. They named me Anastasia and my sister Kelia. We were placed in the world to rule and be leaders. As the energy of a thousand years filled our bodies the cries grew and the unbreakable spell was fulfilled.

I was getting ready to start my senior year of high school when my dad was offered a promotion in an ally pack. He was our alpha's younger brother. (In other words my uncle is the Alpha.) My dad did accounting and record keeping for our pack as a delta. One of our ally packs contacted him to be a beta in charge of pack records and accounting. His record keeper and his mate were wanting to retire. His mate was an OB/GYN nurse. My mom was the midwife assistant. She could become the pack midwife. This would mean we would have to move. I wasn't sure I really wanted to move. I loved the art program at my school. We get moved and the first day at the new school I meet my mate and he rejects me. He was the warrior beta's son and I was the record's beta daughter, and he rejects me. Ugh then in front of me he claims the alpha's daughter. I was devastated but I refused to show my emotions to him. The next day at I attend school I am claimed by an alpha as my second chance mate.
