Future Foundation Branch 0. A secret branch made by leader Azura Otonashi after the events that took place in Shitai City composed of his friends and family. Made to take on secret tasks and missions, Azura has been keeping a close eye on Ultimate Despair's moves, knowing that the end was fast approaching after the death of Shiro Burraku. Months after the escape from Shitai, activity in another city has been catching the attention of Azura. Sounds like a perfect opportunity to send in the newly formed group.
