An alternate universe where the characters of Overwatch are swapped with others. For example, Genji won the fight with Hanzo and became power hungry. Or, where Mercy was consumed by finishing Moira's work. Or, like where Reaper was healed by Moira, and became a vigilante.  I know Overwatch's community is becoming a ghost town, but still. He even seems to worry for Genji's wellbeing; it is something Genji isn't used to, and his feelings about it contradict everything he thought he knew about himself. He doesn't know when it happens, but the programmed omnic Rookie suddenly turns into the one person Genji can't live without.
