In another world with a loli and a p90

A human has eight lives in total, period.
After their seventh life, the average human get to choose who they become in their last life, burning a bright spark in the cycle of life before they live through all eight of their lives.
Hinata Yamikaze was not an ordinary person.
You see, in his eighth life, he got aborted before he could come into existence.

"To any frustrations that you have, I can only offer my condolences.
I cannot and will not grant you another life. That is breaking the rules."
The goddess talking to Hinata smiled:
"The only thing I can do is grant you life in another world, on the condition that you defeat the demon king that reigns over the land there.
Do you accept this ninth life?"

"Yes.
Yes I do."

And thus starts the journey of Hinata in another world.
