They send out police drones that scan children's faces and see if they have parents if they dont the drones shoot on sight. Thats no big deal. Right? Well not for Xavior hes an orphan who has to deal with being homeless, the gangs in the neighborhood he lives in, and the police. So its kind of a big deal for him.
