You'd think that being able to see the future would be great.... but it's not.
Seeing flashes of the future can be a bit of a pain you know...
Seeing it like an episode when you're dreaming literally sucks.
Because no matter what happen in these flashes, you can't tell people or change something. The consequence of changing the timeline is more destructive than anything.
Fate always finds a way to put things right, even if it means someone dying.
Destiny knew that if she alerted the heroes or went out of her way to prevent Katsuki Bakugou's abduction, the backlash would be monstrous. She knew he'd get away with it because she'd seen Izuku's plan in his mind.
What she hadn't seen, however, was her own kidnapping. But without it, she'd never have met her favorite superhero.

After a strange explosion gives him the powers he needs, he went to Katsuki's world to kill him, making the real world think he didn't exist in the first place.
