in addition to all of the fantastical magic of the wizarding world, the names of each wizard's soulmate and enemy are on each wrist.

usually, the only problem with this arrangement is telling which is which; however, that issue is trivial compared to draco and harry's.

perhaps it makes it easier to tell, though, because their soulmates and enemies are one and the same.
