In the year 1984 takes place a car crash that left a family of four broken and bruised, one death and three survivors. 48 year old Allison Dantlis, 53 year old Roy Tomlinson and 19 year old Louis Tomlinson being the survivors and 5 year old Lilly Dantlis being the only death. 

Left with heartbreak and an immense amount of pain, Louis goes for a walk where he stubbles upon a girl and recognized her as Lilly, his baby sister that he missed so much. It's been 2 months since the crash when he started seeing them - the dead people and hearing the voices. And after treatment he is sent to the Mental Institute, where he is now known as one of the most troubled residents and is interviewed by a young journalist, Harry Styles.
