Takes place after King's Cage, my version of  War Storm

"Then we take them over," I say hesitating before finishing my thought. "By killing the royal family."

"Davidson found a Newblood. One that's like a whisper."

"I feel tears stream down my cheeks as I realize it worked. I'm me again."

Cal made his decision. He chose the crown over Mare. Little does he know, he'd never be able to go back on his choice. For all of their lives are going to completely change in a way they didn't think was possible. Until now.

But Cal will not just leave Mare to die. Kilorn wants to get Mare back. He needs to get Mare back. He can't survive without her. He is now taking care of her family and working with Cal and her brothers to get her back. Farley is left heartbroken. Her love was murdered and she didn't even get to say goodbye.
