Shelves of books expanded over his wall, as if they had been planted as seeds and grown by virtue of the sunlight that filled the attic room. His books were his friends, his books were his lover, his book were his personality, his books were his comfort zone. Remus' suitcase for Hogwarts was mostly covered in fragile books, the paint peeling off the covers as the binding bended easily from all the days of being read. He didn't consider this as odd - simply as bringing your friends along. It all started off as an act kindness... Remus never planned for it to turn out the way it did.
