Kevin Maia is a 18 year old boy who has recently moved to Des Plaines, Illinois and enrolled in Maine North High School in hopes of a fresh start from his rough life back in Richmond, Virginia. Living with his single mother ever since his father passed away from the brutal sport of MMA. A sport that Kevin himself has taken a liking to even with his mother's constant disapproval. Even with living in a different state and going to a different school his demons still follow him everywhere he goes. His past haunts him at every corner with reminders of some of the people he left behind in Richmond like his best friend Kris Vanzant (Paige Vanzant). Then there's Alexis Kaufman (Alexa Bliss) who is a 17 year old girl who has been handed everything in her life. Coming from a wealthy family she is used to getting everything she wants. She's also used to everyone wanting to be friends with her which causes her to have sort of a diva attitude. So what happens when they discover they have more in common than first thought?
