Scientists in the CDC lab try to genetically enhance a virus known as the Zika virus to try and fully understand how it was caused and how it can be stopped. The experiment was tested to far from its limits and became a deadly virus that is now air borne spreading it to anyone it came into contact with. The government tried to contain it, but it became to powerful to hide from the world, and the virus turned anyone it came into contact with, into man eating monsters. With only one taste in food... humans.
