(I made the cover!) U do not have to read this it's just some things in my mind, I literally just write in it so im not so stressed and i can let it out, writing sometimes help i guess. Im not diagnosed with anything like anxiety, depression, adhd so I won't say i have any of those. I don't like to self diagnose.
