"Don't worry, I'll be back, I promise." He rubs his red nose and puffy eyes. "H-how do I k-know that..what if y-you-" I pulled the toddler into a hug and kissed his nose. "I won't. I'll be back and we can read stories together just like always, okay?" I wiped his eyes and nose and looked up at my husband, Joshua and see his teary face. I stand and pull him into a tight hug. "I'll be alright..I promise." He only shakes his head and says, voice visibly shaking, "A-aren't you sick? You've been throwing up lately. Even this morning.." I bite my lower lip. I forgot him nor Jeremiah don't know yet. I'm pregnant.
