After years of suffering, Trinity is finally living the life she always dreamed of - a full time job in her field, a fiance she adores, and a brand new condo with a view so wide she can almost see her childhood home. But that's the last thing she ever wants to acknowledge. Raised in the poverty-stricken East Side of the city (a place with little ways out), Trinity escapes to the wealthy West. After cutting all ties to her upbringing, she finds herself challenged when she stumbles upon a childhood friend. Not only is she faced with crossing over the bridge to rediscover her roots, but she finds herself falling for a man that may be worth risking it all.
