Lucille Young lives in a small town in the southern states. She has a mansion, lives with her large, talented family, and she has a first love. Well, when you're almost sixteen, don't you all have one by then? Anyway, she's a teenager and is going through all of the emotions of love, but what if one night everything changes. What if it is up to you and your first love to work together to solve cases within the deep depths of the Southern states to find the culprit? What if it brings them one step closer to each other at the same time? **Rated PG, I don't think I will change the rating unless absolutely need to. A/N- I suck at summaries, but I tried! Anyway, hope you like this. I tried to make this a good story, hope you like! Chapters will be updated! **May include romance in later chapters, or may hint to it...

A stranger to her own existence, Kayla moves to a small town with the hope of finding comfort in a fresh start. But as she steps inside the unfamiliar classroom on the first day, standing in front of the class is a mysteriously familiar face, one that rouses memories of a time she believed had gone by. With past baggage catching up in the most intrusive ways, she stumbles upon unexpected comfort of friendship, unconditional love of found family, and a beautiful yet complicated bond between two hesitant souls. "This book was like a warm hug, and I might believe in love again." "I would give everything, especially my soul, to have the opportunity to read this book for the first time again." ────── CW: Substance abuse, harsh language, sexual content, mention of self-harm and suicide. ────── Started in January 2018.
