Overtime they had became friends and As berk was mourning Y/N was training a dragon, crazy if you think about it. Y/N overtime met new dragons and studied them for days upon days and slowly knew how to train all dragons of any class. When he finish telling her his plan and surprisingly to hiccup and even Toothless she beg to come with and she also told him her reason. Turns out Astrid Hofferson was abused and pressured by her own family. She have enough of it, Hiccup didn't really have yes as his first nor second choice but she beg him until he gave up and let her tag along.
