Okay, so this story is sort of a prequel to my other Trilogy of stories. Georgia Ronan is Georgia Regan, if you didn't already assume, who is the grandmother of Athena Regan. Georgia is mentioned in some of the other stories, so I decided to follow up on that.This story is during CATFA as well as post-CATFA and tells Athena's background with S.H.I.E.L.D and the SSR and the Starks through her grandmother.

Humanity once stood on the top of the world. They ruled the planet with an iron grip. Their rise in technology, industry, engineering, and science were quickly growing. However, an invasion on a worldwide scale had occurred in late 2023. Though there were initial successes in repelling these unknown, mechanical entities. They would eventually start to gain ground through quick adoption of newer variants of their beings and adjusting to counter common military tactics. However, more was needed, so came the introduction of Nikkes, an experimental female soldier that would be the first cybernetic frontline soldier. Even though there were attempts of converting males to such a task, they would become unsuccessful, as it was found out that males were more susceptible to cognitive dissonance and suicide. And so, females ranging from 18 to 30 years of age would remain the main source of Nikkes. As the war raged on, more variants of Nikkes would reinforce or replace the quickly diminishing forces of the world. There would be a significant breakthrough in the Nikkes, with the introduction of the Grimm models of Nikkes. Five Nikkes would be produced by a now defunct company. This squad would be called Goddess. They would be commanded by a special forces Captain Nicholas Miller, and through their first missions, they would further prove the effectiveness of specialized Nikkes and even push the Raptures back some. However, even their efforts would not be enough to stop the tithe of Raptures from encompassing Europe. After many years of fighting, there was one last desperate defense of a structure known as the Ark. Unfortunately, humanity would end up underground where they would spend the next 5 centuries fighting the raptures in smaller scale battles, skirmishes, and special operations. It has been two years since the battle of New York and Elise, along with SHIELD and a few Avengers, had relocated to Washington, DC. She had been getting therapy and seemed kind of happy. She had took a break from Azria Curse and field missions. Taking a silent oath with herself that she'd only return if there was a good enough reason to. After reuniting with a few of her fellow Avengers and the death of someone close to her, gave her more than enough reasons to return; and she vowed to avenge that person's death while Captain America gets blamed for the death. She finds herself, once again, teaming up with him, Black Widow, and a new member, to find the one people called a "Ghost" and bring justice to him.
