Alex was only 19 when she lost everything. Her loving family, her only friend and her sanity after the news of not only her families death ,but her only friend June's pregnancy with the playboy John and there engagement. She knew that would end poorly, and she couldn't do anything about it.Alex knew this was planned by her bullies, but when some new kids arrive , she felt drawn to them. I wasn't sure what love was. Everyone spoke of it like a legend. Something sacred that you'd capture if you were lucky. The man I had let take my heart wanted to carve it out of my chest as proof.
