Summary-
Dr. Ivo Robotnik, fromally known as Dr. Eggman, is dead. It's time to be happy, but also prepare for the worst. There's no telling what else might come to attack this peaceful land. It is 20 years after, and the balance on Mobius is thrown off... Balance. Some one has to be responsible,but who?
After a surprising encounter with their new opponent, something unbelievable is believed to have happened. Their new foe, later revealed as Robotnik the Squirrel, has somehow managed to place the Master emerald inside of the beloved hero, Sonic. A certain someone is not too happy about this, but what can be done about it?
Also... Some other questions to throw out. Why is Shadow suddenly being so nice to Sonic, all of a sudden? Tails never wants him to leave his side? Amy's now after... Shadow? Knuckles is... Angry about the situation, of course... But acting about like Shadow is around Sonic, but somewhat worse, when he is with Shadow?

After another failure attempt of Eggman defeating team Sonic, he decided to retire for good. However, since Egghead retired everyone's lives have been great, until Amy has been starting to get harassed and or bullied by other boys beyond 'Hedgehog Village'. Sonic has been oblivious to Amy's feelings and what the boys have been doing to her (except for Tails' and Knuckles). Tails has been asking questions of why Sonic just doesn't want to admit his true feelings of love towards the fair sakura hedgehog. But one day all of that changed, Sonic finally found out about boys trying to do stuff to Amy and he had enough of their foolishness that something happened to him. (note I don't own Sonic Skyline or Sonic itself. I just thought that Skyline looked cool and the comic was pretty cool so I wanted to make my own spin in the story, so please enjoy) Sonic never thought he'll ever go on adventures and travel to other sky islands, but that all changed when he met Dr.Eggman, a human from the ground who wants to help Mobius be a better place. With the help of Eggman and his allies in the Skyline corporation, Sonic and his friends are going to travel the sky islands and fought evil robots, and maybe even save the world. Sonknux: Caring for a Zombie
After seeing the what's wrong with Amy videos it gave me inspiration. What if Sonic was still alive??? After Amy and Secret history Tails left. Sonic was revived by Sane-vision-Boomer (who was sent by the one who has to stop Secret History Tails and undo his doing). Though a few weeks after Amy left with the insane Tails from the other dimension, Manic and his friends and Sonic were met with a zombie apocalypse that was caused by Secret-History-Tails (who was unaware of what he done) when he blew up the ones he got rid of. One zombie (a brown and decayed echidna) they captured had an interest for Sonic and Sonic himself felt fond with while helping Sane-Vision Boomer capture Tails even if it means capturing Amy. Until one day, Shadow had a bad accident with someone while at work which caused him to. . Lose his memories? Friends, his high school romance, even his own husband. . . All those memories are gone and it made Sonic upset. A reunion is taking place back in Mobius so without any other choice of trying to regain his memories where they were, Sonic decides to go back to Mobius City to help Shadow gain his memories back, even if it meant coming back to his old yet traumatizing roots.
