What happens if the Capitol doesn't revoke the rule change and allows two victors. There is no rebellion, no Mockingjay. This takes place right after Mockingjay, where Katniss is desperate to fix the chasm that has grown between her and Peeta during that train ride.
With the burden of mentoring over their heads, Gale vying for Katniss's attention, and tension growing between Peeta and Katniss, how will their love story continue?
