(Underfell fanfic) Papyrus knows Sans gets hurt a lot, and even if it doesn't do a great deal to his HP it's still worrysome. Pathetic excuses like "bumping into a tree" or "falling down" won't cut it anymore. Sans always wins fights, but Papyrus knows there's something he's hiding with all these wounds he has. The only place he sees him frequently visiting with other people would be Grillby's. Paps doesn't know Grillby that well, and apparently he doesn't even know his own brother's kink either.

Main is Sans x Grillby but there will be Sans x Papyrus ("Boss") and plenty of not 100% consent, blood, violence, and abuse. Read at your own risk.

One day, Sans fell sick. His sickness came out of nowhere and it cannot be cured no matter how many medicines Gaster gave him. Because of the sickness, Sans stayed still on the bed, just laying down or sitting on it under the blanket. The sickness can be seen from his face, half of his white skull was a little bit darker than the rest. Gaster and Papyrus had no idea what kind of illness Sans has, but they decided to take care of him no matter what, hoping that the sickness will soon gone either because of the medicines Gaster gave him, or disappears itself. The young skelebros escape from the core and head to Snowdin. Grillby finds them decides to take them in but finds out it may be much more difficult than he thought. Papyrus likes Grillby but it takes Sans some time before fully trusting him and even then there are things that he doesn't want to share. Although Sans struggles with his magic and with meeting new monsters. But, he's able to find some close friends when situations get rough. Ik my art is kinda weird but it was mostly just for fun.
