I'm not too sure as to what this is, but I often get bored and lost in my thoughts, so why not write them out? As I wrote I created poetic sentences, lines and phrases. So, I hope they can be enjoyed despite their mainly heavy topics. This book covers poems from 2017 to 2019.

Hi, I'm Rachel. 22. Short. Observant. Attractive but not hot. My talents include: fucking myself over, fucking other people over, and scaring people with self-deprecating humor. This was my personal journal from September 2019 through December 2020. It documents my character arc through my junior and half of my senior year of undergrad as I try to understand love, choose a path for my future career, navigate mental health, and endure social and political chaos in the country and the world. I hope that you may be able to take something from this authentic and piercingly ironic journey.

High school is a rough place, so I figured that to help myself cope, I'd write all my troubles down. WARNING, BOOK MAY CONTAIN -Swearing -Lots of sarcasm -Awkward moments -and lots of ranting *COMPLETE*

Poems

I wrote each of these short stories between the ages of eleven and seventeen. Each and every story was written at a different point in my life, with a different state of mind, and a completely unique breed of emotions flowing through my veins. Keep in mind the struggles and questions you had during your childhood as you explore my account of growing up, and how these lessons shaped me into who I am now.
