You, Me and the Zombie Apocalypse

When a military experiment goes wrong, 17 year old Matilda and her family are forced to evacuate London in order to stay safe. In the midst of the chaos, Matilda is left behind, alone, and with no way out.

For over a week, she manages to fend for herself without a problem, until one day when she almost has a run-in with a group of super-soldiers-turned-zombies. This is when she meets twins Sofia and Josh. Despite their obvious differences, the three decide to stay together until they can figure out how to get out of London without drawing too much attention to themselves.

When they hit a few bumps in the road, and Sofia realises she's a threat to herself, as well as them, Matilda and Josh are forced to change their plans, going deeper into hiding. With Sofia dealing with her demons, it's up to Matilda and Josh to figure out how to help her. Matilda pushes her strength, bravery and intelligence to the limits in order to get her life back to normal. But will she succeed, or will her own determination push her past her breaking point?
