Sasha and Mika are two sisters living in London in 2084. Sasha is a 17-year-old homeless girl who has been secretly assessed by the government as an empath.  This means she is being hunted by  bots dedicated to bringing her to a lab where her intuitive receptors can be captured and reversed engineered. The government aims to make droids capable of intuitive thinking, a prospect that fills Sasha with dread. Her sister Mika is a 26-year-old scientist working on the link between energy and consciousness.  She is unaware of her sister's plight, having been separated from her for 10 years.
