Lami is a Kyro - a living descendant of the sun deity on Earth. She is the daughter of the Empress of Shiima, and next in line for the throne. All seems well as Lami's coming of age festival approaches, until an uprising from the Kodai - a hate group of rebels who despise the female reign. They commit acts of terror that shake the city and leave its citizens in fear. Lami must flee the only place she can call a home and leave her sheltered life and happy memories behind, to face life outside of the palace in a new harsh and vicious world. Together with her Guardian Yan, she must train in a foreign land to become the image of power she is destined to be. Meeting new friendly and suspicious faces along the way, her journey will be one that changes her forever, and with the future of her country resting on her shoulders, she must fight and persevere to regain peace in her homeland.All Rights Reserved
