ten hasn't left the hospital in years; he's far too fragile. the slightest bump could break every bone in his body, or cause his heart of gold to stop in a matter of seconds. the depressing white room and sterile smell is all ten knows anymore.
johnny lost his parents to a car crash, that practically drove him into insanity, doing things he never thought he would; killing, stealing from those who need more than him, etc. he knows it's wrong and he regrets it all. he does his best to make up for it; volunteering to sing and perform for the sick patients at the nearest hospital is all he can think to do.
johnny reminds ten of all the things that made him happy when he wasn't in the hospital. the sound of electric guitars being strummed, amp feedback, the soft noises of the city, tires against the rain covered streets, johnny reminds ten of how to be happy; ten reminds johnny of his life before he made mistakes. the sounds of soft jazz, thoughtful humming, soft caring touches, the feeling of love.
ten wants to see the outside world again, and johnny wants to show it all to him.
they'll take the risks to be happy.
but only time can tell if the risks were worth it.

In a far-off land, there exists a world where impossible can happen, dreams can come true, and magic is real. There's golden idols that can prevent death when held, teloportation, and so much more. There's creatures you couldn't imagine and hybrids of them as well. This mystical land has some of the most incredible people. A man who can not die. A girl who can summon terrifying beings. A boy who can create infinite cake. Children who are as efficient with many weapons as assassins in our world are. Ghosts who roam the world they once walked. This world has it all. And nearly all illnesses can be healed simply from a fruity melon drink and an apple of gold. Everyone can die 3 times, too. Some even more, for a boy with other worldly abilities has the ability to bring them back. And yet, not everything can be healed. Some people die and stay dead. This is a younger DSMP fanfic.
