I frowned a little but tried to hide it with a smile. "Really? Who is the unlucky girl?" "You" And God damn, I never blushed so bad. .. Follow the journey of Valerie and Xavier, two people with an unfortunate disease, who will both choose either love or loneliness. ---- Valerie Winters was a popular girl from her school. Everyone loved her and she was everything parents wished for. A girl with high hopes and dreams. A girl born to have a successful career. A girl who puts her family first. She was perfect. However, she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She could continue studying but she gave up and decided that there was no reason for her to continue striving for her goals when there's a possibility for her to die. Xavier Bradshaw was also a popular guy from school. But he was not like Valerie. He was troublesome and he was nothing parents wished for. In fact, he was what they feared their children might become. He also had high hopes and dreams to make his family proud of him.
