Relato corto inspirado en el primer reto literario de la Zona Creativa Rêver Haute, 2018. Se ambienta en la Venezuela de 1815, en el inicio de la guerra de independencia, con una Caracas desmoralizada, humillada y en luto debido al asesinato del General , José Félix Ribas. Cinco luchadores patriotas se enfrentan a las fuerzas realistas pero para aumentar su número y vencer a los españoles, deberán sortear toda clase de peligros en el camino.
