It's takes a fortune to enter or a big brain, students have been enrolled with scholarships because of their high iq but many of the rich come to this island school, but people who are popular in the Pokémon world also earn scholarship spots here, Pokédex holders you could say, 

this highschool offers training for all sorts of students, but can a little touch of Mother Nature change the tides?

There are some gym leaders who are too busy to battle, don't want to battle, and are just too tough. To make matters worse, Team Magma and Aqua are causing trouble just to save the world? One of the team's leader even wants her to join them, but why? Also, who is the ally who is most willing to help her? For Sapphire, she will face many foes, family, and friends, old and new, on her journey, pushing her past her limits for power. Can she do it?
