Set in the future after Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen have died, their children are left to continue their legacy in Panem. The Capitol has been over thrown and the Rebel society has set in. The Capitol is now District Zero and Panem is over seen by five people called Council Members. Allium Primrose Mellark is the new MockingJay replacing her mother Katniss. Her brother Dallion James Mellark is the youngest Sergeant in the Army at the age of 18. They work together along side General Bryce Hawthorne to track down Capital Activists trying to take back control of Panem with the suspicion that one of the Council members are involved with the Activists.
