Press the window key and start typing "service.msc" (without inverted comma ) ii. Click on the service iii. Double click on "printer spooler" from the list of services iv. Then first click Stop and then click Ok v. Again press the window key and start typing "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" and press enter vi. Delete all the files from the folder vii. Again press the window key and start typing "service.msc" (without inverted comma ) and click on the service viii. Double click on the "printer spooler " from the list of services ix.
