Every chapter consists of a unique story, some may break your heart into pieces, others may heal your invisible wounds.
The main reason it's named peculiar is that it's different from usual, every chapter is unique,
and secondly, the other meaning of peculiar is- special, which this book is undoubtedly.
It's a mix of most, but not all, kinds of genres, and every piece is special in its own way, telling their tales to the people who can hear what the words can say.
