Charlie is Oliver's Daughter but Oliver doesn't know she exists and she doesn't know that Oliver's her dad but when Damien Darhk takes Charlie and her two kids Samantha reaches out to Ollie to save their child and grandchildren but how does he react?? How will Roy react when he discovers Charlie is missing and that she's a queen??
